C.A.R.E. Consent And Relationship Education Program in partnership with the Women’s Interval Home for Sarnia and the Sexual Assault Survivors Center.
The C.A.R.E. program is designed to empower individuals aged 12-17 to create and maintain healthy, consensual relationships by teaching them the skills they need to communicate effectively, establish boundaries, and identify and avoid unhealthy behaviours.
At our program, youth will have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field and engage in interactive workshops to develop the tools necessary to navigate relationships in a safe and healthy way.
We believe that everyone deserves to have healthy relationships, and we're committed to providing youth with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve this.
The C.A.R.E Program runs 10 weeks with topics covered included:

LESSON 2 – Gender Norms
LESSON 3 – Consent Education
LESSON 4 – Relationships and Intimacy
LESSON 5 – Self-Esteem and Body Positivity
LESSON 6 – Emotional Regulation and Rejection
LESSON 7 – Digital Awareness & Human Trafficking
LESSON 8 – Pornography & Positive Sexuality
LESSON 9 – Safe Choices, Boundaries, & Peer Pressure
Registration is open to any youth ages 12-17 (referral from school, community, parent/caregiver, self, etc.)
