Program Supports (5) starting in May/June with flexible hours

Sarnia Lambton Rebound is a non-profit voluntary agency committed to youth between the ages of 8 and 24. We promote changed attitudes and behaviours that support and empower young people to develop skills that nurture a positive response to self, family and community.  Through evidence informed research, Rebound has successfully developed early intervention and prevention programs that are being facilitated in communities across the province.  We are currently looking for five enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the summer of 2025. These positions will be responsible for:

• Facilitating activities for youth in group settings

• Assisting with all Rebound program activities

• Engaging in supportive relationships with youth

• Believing in the potential of all youth

• Supporting agency staff to complete program review and development

• Engaging in community outreach, events and development

• Contributing to team meetings and the ongoing evolution of the organization

• Empowering and supporting the organization’s youth engagement commitment

• Supporting a healthy and vibrant work environment

• Some administrative and housekeeping assistance as needed

• Creative and resourceful

• Independent and teamwork skills and abilities

• Excellent time management, written and verbal skills, superior documentation and data entry skills

• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Must provide own transportation

• Under the funding grant, the Employee must be between the age of 15-30 years
